By Dillon McGillivray
Anaheim has been a team with a purpose as of late. With solid performances in every showing and putting points on the board. “They’re hungry for a chance to make something of themselves in the playoffs” GM McGillivray stated to the press after their 10-4 rout of the Avalanche. “In the past few seasons we’ve been falling just short of the playoffs. We’re not there yet but it seems we’re on the up and up” McGillivray also said as he knocked on his head with his fist.
The Duck’s are on a impressive 7 game winning streak after coming off of a 7 game losing streak. Making up the points lost and getting back into a playoff seed.
Some players to note for the Duck’s success as of late:
G/A/P in the last 7 games
James Neal (4/8/12) – Neal has put a point up in everyone of the last 7 games.
Matt D’Agostini (4/6/10) – Dags has been solid all around with a +/- of 9 in the last 7.
