This is Bob Cobb coming to you from Rumors Sports Bar in downtown St. Paul with another report on our beloved Minnesota Wild~

As we gliiiiiide on into the middle of the season here, the team approaches with a decent overall record of 13-9-7-2.  If there's one thing for certain, it's that the offseason pickup of Dylan Holloway has been working out as the young lad has consistently been producing game after game.  He's not atop the league leaderboards or anything, but 30pts in 31games is pretty tasty..  plus 17 goals puts him on pace to pop 45 on the season!  I mean, do we think this pace can keep up?  Hell yes! But that's because we're fans..   let's see what GM Erickson has to say..

"..ohh, there's no doubt about it, Bobbo..  he (Holloway) has been great!  We knew what we were getting on the defensive side of things and it seemed likely his offense would develop alongside guys like Dubs (Brandon Dubinsky) and the like.  But holy balls, he's ahead of schedule to say the least..  and I don't know, I'm not concerned with his 'pace' or the end of season stats like most..  we're really just hoping he can grow here as a person. So many people overlook the fact that these little digital men have big hearts and hey..  just like real life, the sim life ain't always fair..  and it ain't ever easy!"  - GM Erickson

I'm not fully sure what he was talking about near the end, but either way..  always happy to hear from the organization's head honcho!  Up next, the Wild take on the Ducks in what should be an absolute stinker unless we get lucky and face their backup tendy.  Dirty Brandon Halverson always finds a sneaky way to eat our eggs before we even get outta bed..
