Less than 10 to go, we are more then unbelievably happy on
how this season is going even if we don’t make the playoffs the future is
bright, our young stars produced more then we all expected this year. No one at
all expected us to be where were at we have one of the top goal scorers and he’s
only 20 years old and he’s the current front runner for Calder. The combination
of him and Hayton has been something special. The only downside of this year is
our scare to not get our endorsement on Blackwood he’s at 1,555 shots against
and he needs to 1,800 to hit his endorsement. This has been one of the
struggles being a first time Gm, regardless of if he misses the endorsement, it’s
been a great season, so I expect good rerates on our studs Hayton and Hoglander.
For our farm team there’s a bunch of young forwards maybe looking to come up
next year if the rerates are good. One
person I have in mind for next year will be Rodion Amirov, for when he had to
come up, he has been killing it for us and next season we will see him up in
the big leagues. Now were just fighting for a playoff spot with having to start
Blackwood in net. But if we can have him in net for the remainder of our season
that will be incredible.
