1/6 Update: Errors were found, isolated to a specific subset of players and have been corrected. If you had a player 18-25 with SP/ST/SK 81 or higher, it may have gone down. Corrected.
RERATES
A few random updates got made to the charts during the process which are not published yet in the online rerate package.
And one big update for all, it was decided by the commish that PA/PC/SC are now protected by -3 being a max drop for anything 78 or below, -4 for 79 or higher. This release includes both that update and the standard -1 protection on PA/PC/SC for 24 and under players.
