Skill Swap:
- You may want to do it if you have players that have grown
significantly in SC/PA/PC but not in SP/ST/SK/DF because of how farm re-rates
have operated.

- You may not want to do it you have a lower scoring farm
team and it will be harder to regain SC/PA/SC during their development years
and you rather keep the skill ratings

- Because this could be more advantageous to the stronger
franchises, this is in beta and may disappear, be adjusted, or have differing
costs to use next time around

- This time it's free so we can see what teams do with it,
and only up to 3 players on your team can be modified.

- Age limit: 28, OV limit: 77

- Cannot be used on your newest draftees (18 year olds)

- The idea is that over time, in the future teams will have
more control over farm prospect development, re-rolling a farm player's skill
stats into conditioning stats during their prime 18 to 24 rerate years.

- Sacrifice up to 2 each of PA/PC/SC to gain in either
SP/DF, or ST/SK.  Since there are several
variables in calculating the final OV of a player to the decimal, there's no
guarantee of the exact movement of ratings, but first things favored
would be your SP/DF or ST/SK selection. The goal will be to return the player
to within .03 of their original OV, first effecting your selected pairing, then the other pairing, and
finally EN/DU to refine the player back to their original OV as needed.
