We are good to open the opportunity to resign your players. Huge thank you to Julian for taking the primary lead on this endeavor and Ken as the second.
Few notes:
1. I have encouraged Julian and Ken that consistency and transparency are key to this process. This is made easier by you doing your own homework as you prepare offers.
2. Reminder, we have changed the RFA structure (included below) for if a player is sent to RFA and another team makes a bid. This can be a valuable tool to moderate contracts.

4. Reminder, the salary cap is maintained at $72 million and we are not planning to increase it in forthcoming years either.
5. No trade clauses are not to be considered.

$5,600,000-$7,000,000: 1st, 2nd, 3rd (5-year contract max)
$7,100,000-$8,500,000: 2 1sts , 2nd, 3rd (6-year contract max)
$8,750,000+: 4 1sts (7-year contract max)
