What a year

Faced with adversity and the cards stacked against them, the Jets did what they had to do and took a big gamble. It seems to have paid off. Some injuries throughout the season, some farm hands stepped in. The d core held fast, and Tinordi rebounded. What was a bleak outlook blossomed into new hope. The playoffs await, and it's an exciting time to face off against a great and respected rival in the Edmonton Oilers. Possibly the sharks, one more night will tell the tale, looking forward to a great first round regardless.


Regardless of what happens from here, this will be a season for the Jets record books of recent.

We are looking forward to some big rerates on some key guys and look to fill a deeper 3rd line in UFA/RFA/call ups. We now hope agents take note, Winnipeg is a place to be, it's a place you can win, it's a place you can produce and be rewarded with ultimate ice time. Going into the playoffs, expect to see some juggling to round out the bottom six.
